Randal should have been fired for putting his personal glory before the good of the company. Rebecca would be an amazing addition to any organization, it's to bad that Randal felt threatened by the challenge. I guess he did not want to take the chance that she might out perform him on the next project! Additionally, Rebecca's honesty, loyalty and professionalism were exemplary throughout the season. Randal did not need to to go after Rebecca at any time, it wasn't neccessary as you told Alla. I was torn between Randall and Rebecca until tonight. Tonight Randal showed a lack of professionalism and a lack of character. In the end it was Rebecca's sponsor who made the large contribution not Randal's!
